Product Information

An EPDM rubber expansion joint for FastPipe rigid aluminum compressed air piping, absorbing thermal expansion, contraction, and vibration in a pipe run.

• EPDM rubber, double sphere construction

1" to 3" Sizes

• Female NPT union connections on both ends
• Installation requires two FastPipe Male Threaded Adapters (sold separately) to connect it to FastPipe pipe

4" and 6" Industrial Sizes

• Flange x Flange connection, ANSI 150# bolt pattern
• Be sure to purchase matching ANSI 150# flange kits (two flanges and two flange gaskets, sold separately) to complete the installation

Maximum operating pressure of 232 psi on the 4" and 6" flange sizes; a pressure rating is not published for the 1" to 3" NPT sizes.

For non-potable industrial compressed air use only; not intended to meet Safe Drinking Water Act low-lead requirements.
