Shipping policy

1. Shipment Time Frame:
- All items will be shipped within the selected time frame from our available shipment options.

2. Split Shipments:
- In some cases, shipments may be split between our warehouse and our supplier to fulfill your product needs efficiently.

3. Expedited Shipments:
- For expedited shipments, please contact us directly to discuss available options and associated charges.

4. Local Pickup:
- We offer local pickup at our warehouse located at 924 S Blue Mound Rd, Saginaw, TX 76131.

5. Local Delivery:
- Local delivery is available within a 100-mile radius from our warehouse location.
- We can extend local delivery services to the entire state of Texas and surrounding states. Please contact us if you are in need of these extended delivery services. 
- Shipment fees and charges for orders outside of our 100-mile radius will be assessed individually. Please contact us for further details.

6. Shipment Carriers:
- Shipments will be made via SPD (Standard Parcel Delivery) and LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers, depending on the size and cost of your order. 

- We currently offer free shipping on orders over $500 that contain all fittings & accessories. Pipe is excluded from our free shipment policy in all situations. 

7. Pipe Shipments:
- Pipe shipments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as they may be shipped from multiple locations to optimize efficiency.

- We do not offer free shipment on Pipe in any situation including orders over $500. Pipe shipment costs will be the purchaser/customer responsibility and will vary depending on quantity, weight, and other external shipment costs. 

8. Late Shipment Policy:
- While Air Piping Direct endeavors to ship all orders within the specified time frame upon purchase, we cannot guarantee the exact arrival time of your shipment due to potential third-party logistic issues beyond our control.
- In the event that your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe and you wish to return it, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions and procedures.
- We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding any unforeseen delays that may occur during the shipping process. If you have any concerns or require assistance regarding your order shipment status, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

9. Shipment Materials and Packaging:
- Your order from Air Piping Direct may be shipped in either cardboard packaging or its original packaging, depending on the nature of the product and shipping requirements. We reserve the right to package your order in the most efficient manner considering shipment costs and ensuring the safety of your items during transit.
- In the event that your order is designated as an LTL (Less Than Truckload) Shipment, we will contact you to confirm whether your delivery location has a loading dock or forklift access to accommodate the delivery. This ensures that the delivery process is smooth and efficient for both parties involved.
- At Air Piping Direct, we prioritize the secure packaging and safe delivery of your orders. If you have any specific packaging requests or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

10. Damaged Shipments:
- In the unfortunate event that your shipment is damaged in transit, we ask that you refer to our refund policy and promptly reach out to our dedicated customer service team. We are committed to efficiently resolving any issues caused by damaged shipments to ensure your satisfaction with your Air Piping Direct purchase.
